O/C of The Bark Earl Cadogan by Reginald Borstel Important oil on canvas of the Bark Earl Cadogon, signed L/L Reginald Arthur Borstel dtd 1910, Borstel is a well listed, Australian Marine Painter. The Bark Earl Cadogon was built in 1892, by Russell & Co. at Point Glasgow Scotland, for Mr. F. M. Tucker. Her Master was Captain D. Williams. She was of British registry and was 237' long, had a 36.1'beam, and was 21.7' deep. The painting is in excellent condition and is framed in a gold frame. It is an important size, measuring 39.5" by 29.5" sight.
