Manko American Folk Art offers a very choice selection of Americana to include folk and naïve paintings, superb pieces of sculpture, carvings, and the best selection of 19th and early 20th century weathervanes in New England. We also carry unique pieces of rock n roll memorabilia. New & young collectors are always welcome.

Manko American Folk Art has always been known for the personal attention that we give to our customers. We have worked with or sold to almost every major buyer and collector of American folk art in the country, to include architects, corporations, designers, and several museums worldwide. The Manko’s own or have sold pieces pictured in over 30 books published on art & antiques. We have been featured several times in Architectural Digest for our home, exhibits and items we have sold.

Manko American Folk Art maintains a barn gallery at our home in Moody, Maine that is open by appointment for viewing approximately 30 - 50 items, all at the highest level. Moody is located half way between the towns of Ogunquit and Wells and is only 15 minutes from Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. We are 40 minutes south of Portland and 30 minutes north of Portsmouth, and only 90 minutes north of downtown Boston.

Ken, Ida, and Kate are all licensed appraisers of American folk art, and do item consultation, auction representation, brokering and interior design consultation. Our prices are competitive with others at our knowledge level. We welcome your call or visit, you won’t be disappointed!
