A Double-Arm Argand.
Bearing the retailer's label B. Gardner/N.York, this wonderful argand lamp was made by one of the prominent English firms. The lamp has a fine patinated and gilt lacquer finish. The urn shaped font is adorned with floral swags and foliate ornaments. The base is in the form of a swan resting among cattails.
