This animal sculptor studied under Prosper Lacourtier, and left some statues and groups of dogs, deer and birds. At the Salon of 1912, he exhibited a bronze group with two dogs entitled Loustalot et Rustaut. Among his works in plaster are Cerf aux ecoutes (1908), Emballe, a statuette (1910), and Le Debuche, a group composed of a deer and a doe (1914), etc. A number of his works were cast in bronze by Susse.
