Grant Sidney Rowe ROI (1861-1928); Shepherd and His Flock in a Country Lane and Cattle in an Orchard; Signed; Oil on re-lined canvas, 47-3/4 x 35-3/4 inches (121.5 x 91 cm) each Landscape painter living in London and Warlingham. Son of Charles J Rowe, lyric author. Studied at the St Martins' School of Art; exhib. at SS, NWS, and elsewhere, titles at RA including 'Old Battersea Bridge,' 1882 and 'Field Flowers,' 1899. in Nottingham Museum and Art Gallery is 'Evening Glow.'
