Carved for the Wattengel Livery Stable in North Tonawanda, NY, circa 1910, and attributed to carousel horse carver Spillman. Brown with black mane and forelock; yellow, red, and black striped bridle with a 'W' for Wattengel. Back board overpainted light green. The eyes are large swirl marbles. Some provenance included. Height 21" Depth 16"
