Fine Federal Inlaid Cherry Swell Front Chest of Drawers having a sprig-and-leaf inlaid top with a curved front and band inlaid edge above four graduated drawers each with line inlay and sprig-and-leaf inlaid corners, cock-beaded edges, and original brasses all on tall straight bracket feet. All original except for 1-1/2' of left rear foot facing. Connecticut river Valley, circa 1790-1810. Width 38' (36-1/2' at the case), depth 22-1/2', height 34'.
