| Superb regency carved and figured mahogany "D" shaped sideboard, having a setback top section with fluted profile, central carved rosette and bowed end surmount drawers with applied bellflower carvings and inlaid ivory escutcheons, above a conforming case with one long central drawer above a recessed and carved lower drawer, flanked by bowed end oor/drawer, with leaf carved, spiral turnd and reeded extruded legs ending in ball feet. Rich original color and period foliate hardware. England or North America, circa 1815-20.
