Geo III Pair of entre dishes with covers, silver, made in 1812 by John Harris in London. Very heavy with crest on lid and motto on base. Corner of 1 lid has some small dents. Slight ding on other lid with a few scratches inside from use. Beautiful removable finial, marked. All dimensions are near and approximate, and items show normal wear. This pair came from the Woolworth Collection (W.F. Woolworth Department Stores, Ft. Worth, Texas). The crest was of the time: motto - "Utite Dulai" (The Useful with the Pleasant".
