The guform archaistic vessel has a spherical central section with a narrow cylindrical neck that flares outward to a short upright rim and downward to a domed base. Four aligned but discontinuous rows of gilt bronze vertical flanges run the length of the beaker. Enamels of turquoise, yellow, blue, red, green and pink separated by thin gilt wires form the archaistic decorative motifs.
