A Rare Regency, Mahogany Library Reading Chair In the 'Gothic' taste, attributed to John Durham of London, made circa 1830. The design for this chair was invented by the eminent London firm of Morgan and Sanders and published in Rudolph Ackermann's celebrated journal The Repository of Arts, Literature, Commerce, Manufacturers, Fashion and Politics, in 1810.
