English silk embroidery and watercolor of a young boy playing the flute with a dog in a landscape setting, unrestored with no splits in the silk and minor toning of the fabric, now backed with archival back board, the verre eglomise mat is restored, the apparently original frame has been touched up and shows minor wear, early 19th century, 11-3/4" X 14-1/4" frame size, 6" X 8-1/4" oval sight size.
