Montgomery County Sampler Rare sampler from the Misses Robinsons' school in Montgomery County, PA. Only five known examples from this school, one at Abby Aldrich Folk Art Museum. Rare new discovery of a sixth example, signed Isabella Lowry and dated 1814. This is the earliest example of the group. Wonderful design and color. Silk on linen. Dimensions: 18-1/2 by 13-1/2 inches.
